Lelela’s public issue will open subscriptions on May 26, on May 29th.

IPO is a combination of fresh stock 575 crore worth 2,500 Crore and offer for sale 2.30 crore.

As per the RHP has filed to Sebi, the company reserved 75% of the stock in the formulated institution (NII), and remaining 10% for retail investors.
