Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata is a real-life–inspired drama set during the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. Instead of focusing on soldiers or officials, the story unfolds inside a government hospital, where ordinary staff are suddenly thrust into extraordinary circumstances. 
As chaos and violence erupt across the city, nurses, ward attendants, cleaners, and security personnel inside Cama Hospital must choose between fear and duty. With limited resources and constant danger, they work relentlessly to protect and save nearly 400 lives, becoming silent heroes amid the crisis.
