ICICI Prudential AMC IPO: ICICI Prudential AMC, one of India’s largest mutual fund houses, closed its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on December 16, 2025. It opened its public offer for subscription on December 12 and received a strong response from investors, with the issue subscribed to 39.17 times the equity on offer at the end of the bidding period.

The basis of allotment of the IPO shares is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, December 17, followed by the crediting of shares to the demat accounts of successful bidders. The IPO stock is likely to list on both stock exchanges on December 19, 2025.

Overall, investors bid for 137.14 crore shares against the total shares on offer. In terms of shares, the QIBs, NIIs, and RIIs booked 115.25 crore, 15.37 crore and 4.12 crore shares against their allotted portions, respectively.

The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO was a book-built issue of Rs 10,602.65 crore, consisting of an entirely offer for sale (OFS) of 4.89 crore shares.
