Tata Capital IPO Details
The Rs 15,511.87 crore IPO is priced in the band of Rs 310 to Rs 326 per share. It comprises a fresh issuance of Rs 6,846 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 8,665.87 crore by promoter Tata Sons and investor International Finance Corporation (IFC).
The proceeds from the fresh issue will strengthen Tata Capital’s Tier-1 capital base, supporting future lending and capital requirements. Each lot consists of 46 shares.
