NEW DELHI: Brother International India on Wednesday launched six high-efficiency, wireless ink tank printers, aiming to strengthen its presence in the domestic market.

The new printers are designed to meet the printing needs of home users, office professionals, and small businesses, the home and office solutions company said, adding that the launch comes in response to the growing demand for remote learning tools and the digitisation of small businesses, which has made versatile and compact printing devices essential.

The new printers focus on affordability, ease of use, and connectivity, with features such as a compact design, automatic duplex printing, mobile and internet connectivity, and spill-free refill technology.

Alok Nigam, managing director of Brother International India, stated that the new range is designed to support various needs, from work-from-home setups and office documentation to high-volume business requirements.

Brother aims to increase its ink-tank printer market share from 8% to 25% by 2026, by expanding into tier-2 and tier-3 cities, leveraging its dealer network, and enhancing its digital presence.

The company also plans to target the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment and invest in customer support, product innovation, and sustainable practices.

The new printers will be available through Brother’s network of authorised channel partners, brand showrooms, and major e-commerce platforms across India.
