2020’s Raat Akeli Hai is one of Netflix India’s best Original films. The mystery about a murdered rich man and his suspicious family is riveting from the first minute. Acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays Investigator Jatil Yadav, a flawed character who learns important lessons from interacting with the troubled family. The role won Siddiqui a 2020 Filmfare OTT Award for Best Actor, and the movie won Best Web Original Film.

Inspector Yadav returns in the sequel Raat Akeli Hai: The Bansal Murders. This time, multiple members of a prominent family are murdered.
