The largest deposit to sell 50.1 million shares

NSDL is the largest deposit of India by property under custody. The IPO is coming to include 50.1 million shares sales based on previous submission of documents made by shared companies.

Offering is managed by SCSICI ICICI stock, Capital Axis, HSBC Holdings Plc, and Idbi capital.

Idbi and NSE is the largest shareholder

This IPO will be an offering (ofs), means that shareholders existing will sell portion of their stakes. These include Idbi Bank, India National Securities Exchange, and India’s State (SBI). NSDL itself will not receive any money from the stock market.

The previous express was reported that SusBi Bank will be canceled only 22.22 million shares. In total, Idbi Bank owns 26.10% of NSDL, making the largest shareholder of the company. NSE, the second largest shareholder, will sell equivalent to 18 million shares. NSE owns 24% of NSDL, or 48 million shares.
