PhysicsWallah IPO listing: Shares make their market debut today. Check share price, details

PhysicsWallah Share Price: EdTech platform PhysicsWallah, founded by Alakh Pandey, made its debut on the stock exchanges on Tuesday, November 18, following the completion of its initial public offering (IPO). The issue was open for bidding from November 11 to 13, and allotments were finalised on November 14. The stock have been listed on both the BSE and NSE.

In a notice, the BSE said, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the equity shares of Physicswallah Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of ‘B’ Group of Securities.” The scrip was part of the Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) and was available for trade from 10:00 AM.

PhysicsWallah share price was quoted at Rs 145 apiece on the NSE in pre-listing, up 33.03% from the IPO issue price of Rs 109.

PhysicsWallah IPO Today

The PhysicsWallah stock listed at Rs 145 per share on the NSE on Tuesday. This was a premium of 33.03% over the IPO issue price of ₹109 per share. On the BSE, it opened at Rs 143.10 per share, a premium of 32.02% from the issue price.

The minimum investment was one lot, consisting of 137 shares. Investors who received PhysicsWallah IPO allotment made ₹19,865 per lot.

PhysicsWallah IPO Subscription Status and Key Details

The company’s public issue opened on November 11 and closed on November 13, with allotments announced on November 14. The IPO was priced between ₹103 and ₹109 per share.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, and MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd served as the registrar.
