Samphv steel metal pipe to open on June 25; Price prices at ₹ 77-82 per share

Sambhhv steel tube on Friday set the bar 77-82 per share for the offer of an initial Population Offer ₹ 540-Crore.

The sale initially opened for public subscriptions on June 25 and summed on June 27, the company said.

IPO is a combination of fresh valuable shares ₹ 440 crore and offer for sale value ₹ 100 crore by promoters.

The process of fresh issues will be used for debt payments and general companies.
