Tata Capital IPO share price LIVE: Tata Capital’s share price made a lukewarm debut on the Indian stock market, listing at a 1% premium over the IPO price of 326. The shares opened at 330 on both the NSE and BSE.

The NBFC stock finally settled at 330.40, up 1.35% on the BSE. Meanwhile, on the NSE, the Tata Capital share price closed at 331.10, up 1.56%.

The 15,511.87 crore public issue shares were allotted to primary issue investors on Thursday, 9 October 2025.

According to the BSE public issue data, the initial public offering (IPO) of Tata Capital received healthy booking after its three-day subscription round on the Indian stock market.

The Tata Capital IPO was subscribed 1.95 times as of the final day of bidding, with investors booking 65,12,30,648 shares, compared to the 33,34,36,996 shares on offer. Tata Capital aims to use the proceeds raised from the public issue to fund its future capital requirements for lending purposes.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion received the heaviest bidding as investors booked 3.42x subscribing for 32,44,77,652 shares, compared to the 9,49,24,856 shares on offer for the segment.

The Non Institutional Investors (NII) portion was booked 1.98x as investors subscribed to 14,10,67,142 shares, against the total 7,11,93,642 shares on offer. Retail investors came in at 1.10 times the subscription, as they booked 18,21,78,400 shares out of the 16,61,18,498 shares on offer.

However, as of Sunday, 12 October 2025, the grey market premium (GMP) of the Tata Capital IPO shows a potential flat listing on the Indian stock market.
